Orpheus was invited to record at George Lucas' Skywalker Ranch in 1988. The material from these sessions was later included on Bruce Arnold's CD titled "Orpheus Again" released in 2010. In 1968 Actor/Comedian Chevy Chase toured Southern Universities with a band posing as Orpheus. The group was one of the first contemporary music bands to be asked to perform at The Museum of Modern Art in 1969.
